About Me
My name is Yolly, and I offer therapy rooted in real life.
I didn’t become a trauma therapist by accident, I’ve lived through trauma. I offer grief counselling because I’ve known deep, personal loss. I work with neurodivergent clients because I’m neurodivergent too. This lived experience shapes everything I do.
I was born in Paris, and after more than 20 years in the UK, I bring a rich multicultural perspective into the therapy room. I speak English and French, with conversational support in Romanian and Italian. My approach is pluralistic, meaning I adapt to you. We might begin with person-centred therapy and move into mindfulness or CBT. You bring yourself and what you’re facing. I bring presence, structure, and care.
I can’t promise instant change, but I can offer you a safe, grounded space where you’ll be heard. Whether you’re a child, a parent, a colleague, or simply a human trying to cope, I’m here to walk alongside you.
