Compassionate Mental Health Specialist
I am dedicated to providing compassionate and effective therapy tailored to your unique needs. With a background in psychology, management, and over 15 years of experience working with individuals, I have supported people through some of life’s most challenging moments. My personal experiences, such as leaving my home country, surviving personal losses, and discovering late neurodiversity diagnoses, have deepened my understanding of life’s complexities. I cherish the gift of being alive, and today, I want to hear about your experiences and explore how I can support you.
As a qualified counsellor and CBT therapist, I am experienced in helping people with anxiety, depression, trauma (PTSD), stress, ADHD, autism, anger, repetitive behaviour, Borderline Personality disorder, relationship issues, and grief. I follow the highest ethical standards, guided by the frameworks of the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP), the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (NCPS), and the Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT). I accept Private Insurance such as Aviva and Vitality Health in my private practice. I am also a volunteer counsellor with Macmillan Cancer Support & Age UK.
My approach is multicultural and person-centred. I aim to create a safe and supportive environment where you can explore your thoughts and feelings without judgment. It's your space, your talk.
In addition to counselling, I offer mindfulness workshops and Reiki training, where I can help you incorporate these practices into your daily lives for greater well-being. With therapy sessions available in English and French and conversational support in Romanian and Italian, my multilingual services are accessible to a diverse range of clients.
