Yolande Parry

I'm Yolande, but my preferred name is Yolly. I provide compassionate, effective therapy tailored to your needs as a mental health specialist in neurodiversity, ADHD - Autism, anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, and grief. Everyone is free to come to my practice with their own story. I offer an empathetic and supportive environment with diverse therapies such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Talking Therapy, Mindfulness and Reiki healing, with fluent support in English and French. I accept Aviva and Vitality Health Insurances.

Your journey to mental health wellness is unique, and so are you. I provide a safe and supportive space where you can explore and shape your healing path. Together, we will work to empower you to take control of your mental well-being and support your personal growth.
