Since it was my first time getting therapy, I didn't know exactly what to expect, but I can say I'm truly happy with how it turned out and I constantly find myself going back to what you would say and ask during the sessions when I sense myself overthinking more. I'm pleased that the things you said stuck with me to this day instead of only being part of a timeline where I was attending the sessions. I really enjoyed how we addressed my concerns and talked about why they exist, but put emphasis on how to work on them and make them go away. This second bit was the life-changing part for me because it pushed me to not dwell too much on my worries and find ways to overcome my issues instead. Also, looking at certain habits that I started including in my morning routine as mindfulness further improved my well-being and I'm still doing it to this day. I've heard that the choice of therapist matters a lot and I couldn't be happier with my choice. You were always super kind and your insights have proven to be very valuable.
